All returns must be in store bought condition, including tags and original shoe box. For returns received 45 days or more from the date of shipment, the return will not be accepted. Please fill in all information on the ready return form. This includes any exchange information. Gift cards are an available refund option, please indicate this on the ready return form. A fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your return credit amount unless an exchange is processed. This fee covers the postage cost to return the item(s) to us. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not accept COD returns.
